ICS Assessment Day (VSO Bahaginan)

ICSYP Assesment Day went well. There were five of us during that day,we're supposedly six but the other one was not able to attend and guess what ? i am the only guy among them, amazing isnt it?

What truly amazed me was that when we got to know each other i had found out that all of them came from famous universities. The three of them were from U.P. and the other one was from Ateneo. Knowing this, well its kinda frustrating for a province guy like me, but its good to know that they are all very nice and pretty as well.

During the orientaton, we found it comfortable with one another and that really help us to discuss the issues very well though its sort of mind bugging discussion. The topics they gave were easy but when you have to come with an answer, you cannot point out a concrete answer.. That's how it goes...

The activity that they prepare were all very exciting and so much fun. Intertview was supposed to be the hardest part but it didnt gone that way. It was like youre just talking personally to the interviewer. At first, I got so nervous, but my interviewer help me to relax and that's a relief for me.

I can say that this assesment made by ICS was very much different and unique. colonthree emoticon

some are.. and some are not..

A youth like me is always looking for an adventure in their life. We don't want to get stagnant, we always want to try different things, especially, those that are challenging.
While some youth are into drugs, clubbing and vices... a youth like me would rather get involve in a voluntary activities. I want to make difference, i want to use my youthful days in reaching out people so that when i got adult, i wont get any regrets in my life...

I know living in this world is kinda frustrating, and this world will gonna offer you to relieve those frustration by taking prohibited drugs and illegal activities which normally some youths were engaged in. But those are only for temporary moment, a minute, an hour, or maybe just day... and the result, you will carry the burden for the rest of your life.

So, brothers i am telling you this,
"Life without problems is not a life at all.. Endure all of it, face it and see, as the days passes by, you will never know, you will learn many things from it and the next time around you will encounter it, it will be just a chicken for you.."

Engage yourself in a worthwhile activities... help your family, your friends, your relatives, help others! and you will see how beautiful life is..
